TAXI?? Upon arrival at Exuma's International Airport, there will be taxi's to take you to the Club Peace & Plenty. Approximately $50 round trip for 2 people $6 for each extra person. Let your driver know when to pick you up and he'll be there to take you back to the airport. As always, don't forget the tip.
MEALS?? All meals are available at the Club, breakfast as early as 7am until 10:30 Lunch 11am until 2pm and dinner 6:30 until 9:30 or ask the front desk for recommondations on other restaurants to explore.
CHILDREN?? No problem, under 12? they can stay with their parents at no extra charge. Need a highchair or crib? Just ask the front desk. There is a childrens menu, just ask your waitress.
BUGS?? We would love to deny the fact that we have bugs...but we can't. We do have
Mosquitoes and No-See-Ums, but the good news, no black flies. So be prepared and bring some bug repellent.
CLOTHING?? Casual, casual, casual, you can leave your tuxes at home. When dining in the restaurant, you might want to dress up a little, but it is not required, but please shirts and shoes. With the breezes blowing off the water, it can get chilly especially in the winter, so you might need a long sleeve shirt for summers and a sweat shirt in the winter. Of course a bathing suit...or two is a must, along with a hat, sunglasses (polarized are best) and a GOOD sun screen.
WEATHER?? The mean average temperature in the winter months will be in the 70's where the average in the summer months will be in the 80's. Wind is more often than not a consideration all year round. DEPOSITS?? Upon receiving your confirmation you will get full details on what amount is required for your particular reservation and where it is to be sent.
CANCELLATION POLICY?? Upon receipt of written cancellation, the Club will issue refunds as follows: 30 days or more prior to arrival, a full refund less $100 per room .... 15-30 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund... less than 14 days...no refund,
FINAL PAYMENT?? The balance plus any other expenses incurred during your stay, will be payable at check-out by Visa, MasterCard or cash.
